Legendary Smiles formed a relationship with Book Pillows of Hope.  They are providing pillows for the Cleft Collections project we initiated.  A lot of the families we work with are questioning what to ask when meeting with their cleft team and what to bring to the hospital.  We decided to meet this need by creating a customized functional notebook called Cleft Notes.  On the inside panel, you will find general questions to ask your cleft team and a place where you can list surgeries/procedures your child has had so far.  On the back of the notebook is a list of essential items to bring with you for surgery and our contact information.
